How much does it cost?

You can see your total in real time by building your own dream collection right on the website and adding each item to your cart. The only exceptions are postage stamp final cost and any extra customization you've inquired about. 

Can I customize my collection?

All customization options are available right in the shop. Once you add your selected item to cart, a pop-up will appear for you to select your desired options. Further customization is available via a custom quote. Email Elise at hello@birdsongbespoke.com to inquire. 

When should I order invitations?

I've created a visual timeline here. 
A good rule of thumb is to send your wedding invitations 2-4 months prior to your wedding date. My process takes between 5-6 weeks from the date you place your order. Thus, you should order your invitations 3.5-5.5 months prior to your wedding date.

can I add or change anything after I've placed an order?

Yes!
After your order is placed, you'll receive a digital proof or mock-up of your collection and any add-ons you've purchased. You'll be able to submit edits at that time and then you'll receive a final proof for your approval before I begin production. 

Do you offer rush orders or shipping?

Yes!
If you know you'll need your order sooner than 5-6 weeks from order date, please let me know as soon as possible in the ordering process and I'll do my very best to accommodate your desired timeline. A rush fee may be applicable.

Once your collection is complete, weighed, and packaged, a quote for 2-day and overnight shipping options will be given upon request. Please note, rush shipping means increased shipping costs and is not included in the base pricing.

How do I know what quantity to order?

First, determine your required quantity by counting households, rather than individual guests. From there, a good rule-of-thumb is to add 20% more to account for any last-minute additions and keepsakes. Due to the nature of my production process, printing additional suites after the order has been placed will incur a fee. 

The quantity cannot be reduced after your order has been placed.

Some of my items have the wrong information. What do I do?

If the mistake is mine, I will re-print or write the items in question and ship them at no cost to you. Otherwise, my normal hourly rate will be charged along with shipping costs. 

Why ‘Birdsong’?

The song of birds measurably reduces stress in people and induces a mental connection to “freshness”. Great feelings to evoke during busy wedding planning!
